A dispatch is an audio field report, not an episode. Someone from the desk goes to a farm, a market, a kitchen or an event and asks the same documentary questions we ask in print: which tomato is this, who grew it, where, how, and when was it picked.
What is said on tape becomes a proposed record in The Tomato Ledger with the recording attached as evidence. Nothing is marked verified because it was said aloud — an editor checks it first, and unknown details stay unknown.
