Introduction
Matt, our editor, is in Manchester for the second date of the FLAWD × 107 Wine Bar Tomato Party. The purpose of the visit is documentary: to ask which tomatoes are being served, who grew them, and where they were grown. Anything he is told goes into The Tomato Ledger as a reader-observed or grower-confirmed record with the recording attached as its evidence. Nothing heard at a party is published as fact until it has been checked.
